OEM Approved Premium Grade Hybrid Technology Antifreeze Coolant for passenger car, truck, bus and off-road applications. Valvoline OEM Advanced 48 Antifreeze Coolant is a premium coolant suitable for passenger cars, light trucks and heavy-duty applications. The formulation is ethylene glycol-based and it is designed for all types of engines. It is a low-silicate, low pH, phosphate free technology that protects all cooling system metals, including aluminum, from corrosion. Valvoline OEM Advanced 48 Antifreeze Coolant RTU version is 50% diluted with -36°C freezing point. When diluted 50% with demineralized water, Valvoline OEM Advanced 48 protects modern enigne components from winter freezing and summer boiling. The chart below provides detailed mixing information.

Valvoline OEM Advanced 48 is a premium grade hybrid technology coolant that provides outstanding protection to vital engine parts such as coolant channels in engine block, cylinder heads (liner pitting), radiator and water pump against corrosion, overheating and freezing. It contains a high quality defoamer and will not harm gaskets, hoses, plastics or original vehicle paint.
